    • No-Show or Cancellations Within 7 Hours: No refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation by Company: If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participant numbers), you will be offered an alternative date, full refund, or credit for future use.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that any bank or payment processing fees are non-refundable.
